      1. Promotion of micro and small scale enterprises by focusing on;
      2. Training of women in specific skills, consultancy, in business management.
      3. Loan / credit policies planning for finanacial self sufficiency.
      4. Source of fund.
      5. Providing avenue for the acquisition of the necessary education, economic and entrepreneurial skills, knowledge, and dispositions relevant to improving the condition of African women through conferences, seminars, workshop and vocational centres.
